Welcome to The Woodland Collection dog friendly holiday cottages, an idyllic dog-friendly retreat situated in the narrowest part of the UK, where the stunning North and South coasts are a mere 10 minutes away. Our cottages are set at the heart of the UNESCO World Mining Heritage Site.
Discover pristine, sandy, dog friendly beaches, perfect for basking in the sun, surfing or building sandcastles. Embark on unforgettable walks along the breathtaking Southwest Coastal Path or experience the exhilarating off-road adventure of the nearby West Kernow Way or Bissoe Trail cycling routes.
After your outdoor adventures, our secure dog friendly enclosed gardens with warm outdoor showers for your dogs and BBQs provide a refreshing oasis for relaxing and washing off dogs, surfboards, and bikes. With fenced dog paddocks, wildflower meadows, and enchanting woodlands, The Woodland Collection offers an unforgettable year-round holiday experience.

We pride ourselves on providing really dog friendly cottages rather than just dog tolerant, and we’re proud to have been recognised for our love of dog with our Gold awards for Dog Friendly Business from the Cornwall Tourism Board. We strive to go that extra mile to make dogs and their owners welcome so they can relax the moment they arrive with a wide range of facilities and special touches to make you and your dogs feel at home.
All of our accommodation is built, inside and out, with safety and peace of mind for you and your dogs. The double doors open out onto secure enclosed gardens, built at least 1.5m high, with a fenced dog exercise paddock, exclusive to guests, as well as the Bark Park, our on-side dog agility course.
Our Location
An idyllic location at the narrowest part of England where just 6 miles separates the North and South coast, there are many sandy, dog-friendly beaches just 10 minutes away by car or 15 minutes by bicycle as well as towns like Hayle and Marazion. St Ives, Porthleven, Helston and Penzance are just 20 minutes away too so there is plenty to see and do from this central location in West Cornwall. Enjoy boutique shops in picturesque towns, take a boat trip in Mounts Bay or explore the wild flower meadows and woods on your doorstep and the many walking trails that surround The Woodland Collection.
